CSPD & ACU Initiative Expression of Interest Form & Confirmation

Confirmation: At the bottom of this application there are 3 conditions you are to confirm by doing the quiz that you are aware of before your application will be considered.

Part 1 of 2: Expression of Interest Form

You are required to complete the Application Form supplied, your overall application will be reviewed by both your school Principal and the CSPD SUIT review panel. 

Information: Your local school Careers and Partnerships leader is your key support in your application process.

If an error is made you may resubmit your form, if your details change throughout the qualification process please contact your school Careers and Partnerships leader with the details.

Part 2 of 2: Submission Confirmation

The 3 quiz questions below need to be completed. That will alert the review panel that your application form has been submitted and you are aware of the application process.
